Ordering Process

Prescriptions are typically filled within 24 hours with few exceptions. Most prescriptions can be filled while you wait.

Talon Compounding Pharmacy ships 95% of prescription orders the same day they are placed, so patients can receive the preparations prescribed to them as quickly as possible. There are several convenient ordering options available to you.

Orders can be placed by phone, fax or through our online ordering service. Our goal is to make sure that you and your patients receive high-quality compounded medications at the most competitive prices.

Shipping

UPS is our preferred shipping company. There are several shipping options available to you. Please note that all COLD products are shipped next day air Monday through Thursday. Saturday delivery is also available. Please contact us for Saturday delivery prices.

New Prescriptions

Please send us a copy of your written prescription via fax at 210-424-0026, we will verify it with your doctor and start filling your order. The original prescription must then be mailed to the pharmacy to be kept on file. Talon Compounding Pharmacy cannot ship any medication without an original prescription. If you do not have a written prescription or you are unable to get us a copy of the prescription, please contact your doctor and have him/her call in or fax in the prescription for you.

New patients must submit new patient information along with their prescription. New patient information can be submitted easily online, through email, by phone, by fax or in person.
